Focus of our projects

In addition to educational programs, the Ukrainian School of Elites develops and executes various projects addressing:

  • Support for partner projects: We collaborate with partner organizations providing psychotherapeutic assistance to communities in need of emotional, mental, and physical support and rehabilitation.
  • Mental health seminars: We organize seminars aimed at supporting the psychological well-being of those who need it most, considering the war trauma.
  • Collaboration for psychological support: We work alongside other organizations to promote mental health and emotional resilience.

Projects VS programs

Besides educational programs, we implement projects:

  • Duration: Our projects are typically short-term (a single day, weekend, etc.) or have defined time frames (e.g., 12 months).
  • Purpose: Projects focus on addressing social issues, unlike educational programs, which are purely academic or skill-based.
  • Funding: Projects are funded through grants, partner organizations, or donors, while educational programs are usually supported by individual participants or sponsors aligned with our mission.

Besides, we can support partner projects aligned with our mission. We also conduct short-term volunteer projects, such as seminars or workshops.

How projects are funded

The funding of a project depends on factors such as:

  • Scope: Larger projects require more resources.
  • Duration: Long-term projects demand sustained funding.
  • Sources: Grants, donations, and other forms of support.

For instance, developing mobile apps or desktop EdTech programs for humanitarian purposes can cost upwards of $100,000. Meanwhile, short-term seminars can be run by our experts who volunteer their time and expertise. Or we can support partnerships events.

Addressing psychological challenges through projects

These projects aim to tackle psychological issues, support mental health, and foster psychological competence. Alongside this work, we also focus on other project areas, including education and innovation.
